Einar: Believing is the key

The Blue and White centre-back, scorer of the Malaguista winning goal, appeared at the post-match press conference following the matchday 2 fixture. “We have a very good group, we believe in the coach's ideas, and we are all going down the same road,” he stated.

Einar began by talking about the decisive goal action: “I moved upfront and there was a threat that made the goalkeeper doubt. We won three very important points and must continue on this path. We are working well.”

Even without the goal in the final minutes, Einar would have left happy because “the team believed and tried in every way. In 93’, we scored the goal that gave us the three points, but you have to stick with the way we played as a team. We have to continue, it’s easier here at home with our fans,” he explained.

The Blue and White defender believes that “fighting until the end could be the key to all the remaining games.” Although, as he already said in his presentation, “there is enormous talent, it’s innate and will bring us a lot of joy.” He believes that “watching people from Málaga is nice for the fans. We have a very good group, we believe in the coach's ideas and we are all going down the same road. The important thing is to stick together, work hard each day and believe. We are the ones who are going to fight for this shield, and we have full confidence in all the members of the squad,” he commented.

Finally, Galilea talked about the importance of La Rosaleda, which will “give the team a great deal. We can create a chemistry between fans and team and convey the values of passion and hard work. There will be times when the ball won’t go in in the 92nd minute, but the fans will help us a lot. We were amazed, few teams can say this, if not the only team that can. We have to feed them to keep it like this,” he concluded.
