This afternoon the usual exchange of season tickets between Málaga Club de Fútbol and Unicaja Baloncesto for the 2023/2024 season took place. The event was sealed with a very special photograph between both entities, leaders of Málaga sports, at Muelle 1.
José María Muñoz, Málaga CF’s judicial administrator, and Antonio Jesús López Nieto, president of Unicaja Baloncesto, featured in the image, along with coaches Sergio Pellicer and Ibon Navarro and captains Juande Rivas and Alberto Díaz also present.
La Rosaleda and Carpena will once again be two nerve centres for provincial sport, where amazing atmospheres driven by the great Málaga fans will be enjoyed. This exchange, as well as other initiatives such as wearing the special kit with the Blue and White colours last year against Joventut, show the good harmony between both entities, which exemplify the values of sport in Málaga.
Málaga CF wishes Unicaja Baloncesto the best of luck in this new season and hopes that, like a few months ago, they can compete for their objectives with the same success and determination as in previous editions of the Liga ACB, Copa del Rey and Champions.
